Stew Daging Bosnia (Bosanski Lonac) by Amie's Little Kitchen



Ingredients:
1/2 kg lamb meat with the bone (lamb neck; rack of lamb)
1/2 kg baby beef with the bone
3 red onions
1 whole head of garlic
3 tomatoes
1 tsp red pepper
1 chilli pepper
1 handful parsley
a few mint leaves
1 sprig dill
3-4 potatoes
2-3 green bell peppers
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp vinegar
2 galsses water
2-3 peppercorns
1 tsp salt
